   Confirm the legal source identity, relevant licenses, and current status of the exact preparation with the independent source.

   Ask who performed the testing, verify relevant accreditation, and disclose any relationship to the source.

   Ask the pharmacy to match the relevant lot identifier to the analytical record. An example report cannot establish traceability.

Are these sample COAs from real batches?

No. These documents are illustrative examples, not evidence of an actual lot, pharmacy relationship, product availability, or regulatory approval. Request relevant records directly from the independent pharmacy before contracting.

How do you verify a COA is authentic?

DPS does not issue or certify live COAs. Ask the independent source for a lot-specific report, confirm the laboratory identity, and request verification directly from the laboratory.

What testing is on every COA?

The relevant panel depends on the preparation. Ask the pharmacy which identity, potency, sterility, endotoxin, and other testing applies. Do not assume every report includes every test.
