How the location network operates

Every partner clinic gets the same operating stack, regardless of state. What changes market-to-market is which licensed pharmacies serve your state, which prescribers we route through, and which patient acquisition channels convert.

  • 503B outsourcing facilities for office-use stock
  • State-specific compliance review on every prescription

Frequently asked questions

Which states does Direct Peptide Sales serve?
All 50 US states. Clinics, med spas, and licensed providers in any state can partner with Direct Peptide Sales for white-label peptides, GLP-1, and BHRT programs. The pages linked here are our most-searched metros; every other market is served the same way.
Do you work with clinics outside major metros?
Yes. Licensed prescribers in rural markets, secondary metros, and single-city practices onboard on the same 30-day timeline. Direct-to-patient shipping and telehealth prescribing cover the geographic gaps.
How is compliance handled across state lines?
Every prescription is written by a provider licensed in the patient's state at the time of service. Our compliance layer validates state licensure, 503A/503B eligibility, and lot-level COAs before an order ships.
Can telehealth-only practices use Direct Peptide Sales?
Yes. Telehealth platforms and multi-state clinician groups are one of our fastest-growing partner segments. We plug into your existing EMR/telehealth stack and handle pharmacy sourcing, compliance, fulfillment, and subscription billing.
What exactly does Direct Peptide Sales do?
We are a referral and introduction service. We verify your business and the states it serves, then introduce you to licensed telehealth prescribers and 503A or 503B pharmacies. You contract directly with them. We do not sell, price, prescribe, compound, bill, or ship any product.
How fast can my practice be introduced to a source?
Timing depends on your business details, states served, and partner fit. DPS does not guarantee an introduction or launch date. The independent partners determine their own onboarding requirements.
What does it cost?
Nothing to apply, and we do not charge practices a fee. Product pricing, account terms, and any minimums are set by the pharmacy or prescriber you contract with, not by us.
Where do the peptides come from and are they verified?
Ask the independent pharmacy to confirm current product status, applicable licenses, and preparation-specific quality documentation. DPS does not test or certify products. The COA library contains illustrative examples, not proof for a future lot.
Who handles prescribing, billing, and shipping?
The licensed prescriber and the pharmacy do. Prescribing is the provider's independent clinical decision, and dispensing, billing, and shipping sit with the pharmacy. We are not part of that transaction.
What if I'm not a licensed clinic?
Non-licensed wellness businesses such as coaches, gyms, studios, and nutrition practices can be introduced to a licensed telehealth prescriber who owns the clinical relationship. You never prescribe, hold, or dispense product.
How do you vet the sources you introduce?
Before contracting, independently verify the source legal identity, licenses for the relevant states, preparation-specific documentation, and written responsibilities. A facility license or COA does not establish that every proposed product may lawfully be prescribed or supplied.
Which states do you serve?
Coverage depends on the states your business serves and the independent partners' licenses. An introduction is not authorization to prescribe or ship into a state.
