Business introductions
503A and 503B Pharmacy Introduction Checklist
Direct Peptide Sales introduces businesses to independent prescribers and pharmacies. We are not a pharmacy and do not dispense, test, or certify products. This checklist supports questions to ask; it is not legal or medical advice.
Direct Peptide Sales is a referral service for licensed practices and wellness businesses. We introduce you to licensed prescribers and 503A/503B pharmacies. We do not sell, prescribe, bill, or ship product.

Confirm the legal entity and license
Request the pharmacy or facility legal name, current license or registration information, and authorization for the relevant states. Independently verify those details with the appropriate authorities.
Understand 503A and 503B limits
503A and 503B are different federal compounding frameworks with conditions and restrictions. Facility status alone does not establish that a particular ingredient or preparation may be compounded, prescribed, or shipped.
Request preparation-specific documentation
Ask the pharmacy which identity, potency, sterility, and endotoxin testing applies to the proposed preparation. Match documentation to the relevant lot. A COA does not establish FDA approval or clinical suitability.
Assign responsibilities in writing
The prescriber owns clinical decisions. The pharmacy owns lawful compounding and dispensing within its scope. Confirm who bills, ships, supports patients, and handles complaints in your independent agreements.
Keep current clinical and legal advice
Rules and product status can change. Your prescriber, pharmacy, and counsel must assess the intended program before launch. DPS does not guarantee a compliant workflow or replace that review.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Direct Peptide Sales sell or ship products?
- No. DPS makes business introductions only. Independent prescribers and pharmacies are responsible for clinical care and any permitted product transaction.
- Is an introduction a guarantee of product availability or compliance?
- No. The independent parties and your clinical and legal advisors must confirm the current status, suitability, and requirements for the exact preparation and intended use.
- Who sets billing, shipping, and account terms?
- The independent parties you contract with, not DPS. Confirm those responsibilities in writing before proceeding.
- What exactly does Direct Peptide Sales do?
- We are a referral and introduction service. We verify your business and the states it serves, then introduce you to licensed telehealth prescribers and 503A or 503B pharmacies. You contract directly with them. We do not sell, price, prescribe, compound, bill, or ship any product.
- How fast can my practice be introduced to a source?
- Timing depends on your business details, states served, and partner fit. DPS does not guarantee an introduction or launch date. The independent partners determine their own onboarding requirements.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing to apply, and we do not charge practices a fee. Product pricing, account terms, and any minimums are set by the pharmacy or prescriber you contract with, not by us.
- Where do the peptides come from and are they verified?
- Ask the independent pharmacy to confirm current product status, applicable licenses, and preparation-specific quality documentation. DPS does not test or certify products. The COA library contains illustrative examples, not proof for a future lot.
- Who handles prescribing, billing, and shipping?
- The licensed prescriber and the pharmacy do. Prescribing is the provider's independent clinical decision, and dispensing, billing, and shipping sit with the pharmacy. We are not part of that transaction.
- What if I'm not a licensed clinic?
- Non-licensed wellness businesses such as coaches, gyms, studios, and nutrition practices can be introduced to a licensed telehealth prescriber who owns the clinical relationship. You never prescribe, hold, or dispense product.
- How do you vet the sources you introduce?
- Before contracting, independently verify the source legal identity, licenses for the relevant states, preparation-specific documentation, and written responsibilities. A facility license or COA does not establish that every proposed product may lawfully be prescribed or supplied.
- Which states do you serve?
- Coverage depends on the states your business serves and the independent partners' licenses. An introduction is not authorization to prescribe or ship into a state.
